The commitment to student development is further evident in the emphasis on co-curricular activities such as quiz competitions, debates, and role-plays, nurturing essential skills like time management, leadership, and problem-solving. Student-led initiatives like the "Weekend Chronicle" newsletter and video projects like Shades of Innovation “Yashogatha” showcase creativity, critical thinking, and the accomplishments of alumni. The recent establishment of the "Srujan- The Innovators and Creators" forum exemplifies the department’s commitment to fostering management discussions through activities led by industry experts. Additionally, the department consistently broadens opportunities for students, from forging collaborations with new companies for placements to introducing activity-based learning, short-term programs, and add-on courses. In essence, the BMS Department stands as a dynamic and inclusive educational powerhouse, not only imparting knowledge but also fostering holistic development, equipping students for success in the ever-evolving realms of management and entrepreneurship.
