At the workshop the students were divided into a group of six and asked them to act as a media organization. They were later given a topic on which they were asked to prepare a set of questions. Each group was called individually headed by an ‘editor’ who was selected by the group members. They were told to present in front of the camera. Though with some nervousness, the students were able to present well in front of the camera. The main aim of such an exercise was to prepare students to face the camera and how effectively they can pose their question in a short time frame.

The students enjoyed the experience as they were enthusiastic to face the camera for the first time ever in their life. Also the students were appreciated by the stalwarts of the media industry and were presented with only weapon of media i.e the pen. It was a token of appreciation for their 1st ever assignment. The workshop conductors also invited the students for another workshop at their studio. The feedback to the workshop was astonishing. It brought them face to face with electronic media and the challenges in the media.
