The success of both our events Fiesta Inc (BMS) and Josh (B. Sc. IT) which have been organized separately by two departments was considered and we planned to make it bigger and competitive in the year 2008. That's what gave birth to Fiesta – e- Josh.
We at Patkar NAC comprising of various streams like BMS, B. Sc. IT, BMM, BBI, Computer Science and BAF, have combined forces and plan to make it a grand event. At the NAC we comprise of different cadre of future Software Professionals, Managers, financers, Media Professionals etc. This Sense of management and performing has been inculcated as the spirit of Fiesta- e – Josh. We have got together not only to enjoy but also proliferate the message of unity to the world.
The event was held from 16th January – 21st January 2008. There were events classified under Management, Sports, Fine Arts, Cultural. The Venue of the event was Patkar College and Thakur Auditorium. A total of 25 colleges participated in this event with the total strength of 10,000 students.
The 16th , 17th and 18th of January were reserved for management events where top brains from Mumbai Participated in events such as Case Study, Debate, Programming, etc.
Sports were conducted on 18th & 19th of January in the College premises. The Cultural event was held at Thakur Auditorium on the 21st of January.
The U.S.P. of the Event was Treasure hunt, Product Launch and Super Skills.
At the end, this event was definitely a thing to remember. Even with the culmination of the Event, it has left a mark, a mark to be remembered till the Next Fiesta-e-Josh takes place. |
